Offshore Marketing Assistant (India-Based)
We are looking for exceptionally skilled Marketing Assistants to join our offshore team in India. This team will support our luxury retail brand in Ireland across digital marketing, SEO, content creation, analytics, and brand development. Candidates must operate at a high standard, demonstrate strategic thinking, and consistently deliver excellence.
Outstanding candidates may be considered for international visa sponsorship to relocate to Ireland.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SEO, Content & Website Management
- Conduct detailed SEO audits — technical, on-page, and content-focused
- Carry out advanced on-page optimisation including metadata, schema, internal links, and keyword placement
- Perform A/B testing across website pages, ads, emails, and landing pages
- Develop backlink strategies, outreach, and quality assessments
- Create SEO-optimised blogs, articles, and web content
- Manage guest posting outreach and publication submissions
- Manage and optimise Shopify, including activation of social sales channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest)
- Monitor keyword rankings, domain authority, traffic, and performance metrics
Creative & Design Support
- Produce high-quality graphics using:
- Figma
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Lightroom
- Strong Canva skills are acceptable if not proficient in Adobe/Figma
- Support basic video editing for social and marketing
- Maintain organised brand and creative asset libraries
Digital Marketing Execution
- Create, schedule, and publish content across all social platforms
- Plan and manage Mailchimp campaigns, segmentation, and automation workflows
- Support influencer and brand ambassador programmes: outreach, negotiation, and tracking
- Maintain a cohesive luxury brand voice across channels
Project & Task Management
- Use Trello (or similar tools) for task tracking and workflow clarity
- Prepare structured weekly reports on SEO progress, campaign performance, and upcoming priorities
- Communicate proactively with the Ireland-based leadership team
- Must be available during Irish working hours for real-time collaboration
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Master’s degree in Marketing or a closely related field
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in digital marketing
- Expert-level skills in:
- SEO audits & on-page optimisation
- A/B testing
- Backlink building & outreach
- Blog writing & keyword-driven content
- Guest posting and external outreach
- Strong Shopify knowledge, including social sales channel setup
- Experienced in Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and Trello
- Experience managing influencer or brand ambassador programmes
- Proven track record in achieving marketing KPIs and performance goals
- Experience in luxury retail marketing is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Experience with international teams is a plus
