What are the delivery areas and fees?

We deliver throughout Ireland. The delivery fee will depend on your location and will be shown during checkout. For example, metropolitan and less-accessible areas may incur a higher fee.

How long will my order take to arrive?

For in-stock items, we aim to deliver within 7-10 business days. For made-to-order or custom pieces, typical lead times are 12-16 weeks, depending on the collection and options you choose. If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, we’ll deliver them together when the full order is ready, or we can arrange split delivery if you prefer.

What happens on the day of delivery?

On delivery day:

1. A two-person team will deliver your item(s) to the room of your choice.
2. Packaging will be removed and taken away (on request).
3. For sofas, dining tables or larger items, basic assembly is included.

Please ensure that access (doorways, halls, lifts) is adequate for the items you’ve ordered, to avoid any delays or additional charges.

What if no one is available at the delivery time?

If you miss your scheduled delivery or no one is available to receive the item at the confirmed slot, a re-delivery fee may apply. We will work with you to reschedule at the earliest convenient time.

What is your return policy for change of mind?

If your item is damaged on arrival or develops a manufacturing fault:

1. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photo or video evidence.
2. We will inspect the issue and, at our discretion, either repair the item, replace it, or issue a refund.

We aim to remedy any fault as quickly as possible and at no cost to you (subject to the terms of our warranty).

How do I arrange a return or exchange?

To arrange a return:

1. Email us at info@areiva.ie with your order number and request.
2. We will make arrangements for collection of the item.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within a standard timeframe.

Are there additional charges for delivery, assembly or special access requirements?

Yes — standard delivery and assembly are included as detailed above. However, if your installation requires wall-fixing, disposal of old furniture, complex access (e.g., stairs, narrow doorways, lifts), or specialised handling, additional charges may apply. Please contact us in advance for a quote if your delivery environment is non-standard.
