2.1 All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
2.2 We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, variations in colour, texture, or size may occur due to screen settings, handmade processes, or material characteristics.
2.3 Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Orders can be placed through our website, by phone, or in-store. Confirmation will be sent to you via email.
3.2 Payments may be made using credit/debit cards, PayPal, or bank transfers. Full payment is required before order processing begins.
3.3 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including pricing errors, unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Delivery and Shipping

4.1 We offer delivery services across Ireland. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
4.2 Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Any delays will be communicated promptly.
4.3 Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate delivery access. Additional charges may apply if re-delivery or special handling is required.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

5.1 Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD). Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
5.2 Custom or personalised furniture orders are non-refundable unless faulty due to manufacturing defects.
5.3 Mattresses and upholstered items are non-returnable once unsealed, unless faulty.
5.4 Orders may be cancelled within the 14-day cooling-off period for distance or off-premises sales. Deposits paid on cancelled items outside this period are non-refundable.
5.5 Refunds are processed within 14 days after returned goods are received and inspected. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1 Warranty Coverage
All Areiva products include warranties against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, valid from the purchase date. This applies to residential use only.

6.2 Duration of Warranty

Sofa & chair frames: 10 years

Foam, fabric, leather, and recliner mechanisms: 3 years

Ottoman bed frames: 2 years

Dining tables, occasional tables, and chairs: 2 years

Wooden bed frames and mattresses: 5 years

Other items: 1 year

6.3 Submitting a Warranty Claim

with proof of purchase and photo/video evidence. We may inspect the product before determining repair, replacement, or refund. Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.

6.4 Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear or changes due to natural material ageing

Misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications

Commercial or rental use

Improper assembly or cleaning

Sunlight, moisture, pet, or heat damage

6.5 Limitation of Liability
Areiva’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses such as loss of income, business, or reputation.
