Product Description

The Multimo Academy Wall Bed is a practical, space saving furniture solution designed for narrow rooms, compact bedrooms and multifunctional living areas. Its side opening mechanism allows the bed to open horizontally, creating a comfortable sleeping area without unnecessarily restricting movement around the room.

During the day, the bed folds neatly into the wall unit, creating more space for working, studying, relaxing or storage. At night, the smooth mechanism transforms the unit into a comfortable single bed in one practical movement.

Integrated cabinet modules above the bed make efficient use of the room’s vertical space and provide convenient storage for books, clothing and personal belongings. Combined with the Academy collection’s modular design, the unit can become part of a complete teen bedroom, guest room or home office arrangement.

Side Opening Design

The Academy Wall Bed opens from the side, making it particularly suitable for long, narrow or compact rooms where a conventional vertical wall bed may not be practical.

Its horizontal design provides an approximate 90 × 190 cm single sleeping area while helping to preserve comfortable movement around the room.

Integrated Overhead Storage

Cabinet modules positioned above the bed use otherwise unused vertical space to provide valuable additional storage. These compartments help keep books, clothing and everyday belongings neatly organised without occupying more floor space.

The Academy Wall Bed is manufactured from high density, melamine coated particle board certified to the E1 standard. This provides a strong and durable structure with a refined, easy to maintain finish.

The bed platform features an aluminium supported slatted structure, providing stable mattress support, ergonomic comfort and dependable long term performance.

Pocket Spring Mattress Included

A five zone pocket spring mattress is included with the Academy Wall Bed.

Pocket spring technology uses numerous independent springs, with each spring enclosed within its own individual pocket. This allows the springs to respond separately to pressure across different areas of the mattress, providing balanced and ergonomic support.

Important Assembly Information

This wall bed must be assembled and securely installed by experienced professionals using the correct tools and equipment. Professional assembly usually takes approximately 6 to 8 hours, depending on the room, wall structure and selected configuration.

If the customer assembles or installs the wall bed themselves, or uses an inexperienced installer, the manufacturer’s warranty will become void. This condition does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
