We offer a 14-day cancellation period in line with Irish and EU consumer protection law. Products must be in original condition. Custom or made-to-order items may have different return policies. Faulty products are eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.

Delivery and Assembly

The estimated lead time is 12 to 14 weeks.

This automatic wall bed must be assembled and securely installed by experienced professionals using the correct tools and equipment. Professional installation generally takes approximately 6 to 8 hours, depending on the room, wall construction and selected configuration.

Customer assembly or installation by an inexperienced person will void the manufacturer’s warranty. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
